It has been great fun getting back into photography on a more serious basis. Years ago I enjoyed black and white photos because I was able to develop and enlarge the shops made with black and white film. However, with digital SLR cameras and computers with advanced programs, my enthusiasm has returned for black and whites and COLOR!
Entered my first contest in September 2009 at the Palouse Empire Fair, Whitman County. Walked away with 7 blue ribbons and 2 of the seven received special ribbons on top, one being a "Best of Class". This really got my engine going. Now I am trying to find my 'niche.'
